Product Description

The earliest American weathervanes date from the 1600s and descend from banner vanes originating in the middle ages when feudal lords had their coats of arms shaped in metal and placed atop their castles. This vane, commemorating the year Williamsburg was founded, is inspired by banner-style vanes on several of the town's most historic buildings.
