If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Refund payments will be refunded in the original method of payment. Please contact us by emailing at help@lldecor.com or by calling #509.795.1681‬.

Restocking fees

No restocking fees will be charged.

Shipping cost for returns

We will pay for the shipping cost. This excludes international returns.

Processing Refunds

Please allow 3-5 process after a returns and refunds are approved.

Final sale items eligibility for return

Unfortunately all final sale items are non-returnable. 

What are non-qualifying returns? 

We may refuse a return if there is evidence of abuse, fraud and/or exploitative behavior involved.

What about if my items were damaged in transit?

You have 7 days to notify us to fulfill your claim, we must file a damage claim with the carrier within the first 7 days or they will deny the claim.  If you are present at the time of delivery and the box or packaging appears damaged, please inspect the actual item for damage before accepting it. Ask the carrier will wait for you and allow you to inspect the item.. If you received or refused a damaged item, please call contact us. We will handle the damage claim with the carrier. The claim can take  approximately 10 business days be completed. We will send you a replacement item at no cost to you.
